' Designed to let you visualize fine catheters and instruments during mini-
mally invasive surgery, Siemens' Cios Alpha mobile C-arm system has a 12"
x 12" flat-panel detector that delivers high-resolution, high-contrast images
with a touchscreen interface and a field of view that's up to 25% larger than
those of conventional C-arms. At 25 kilowatts, it's also the most powerful
mobile system available, a big plus when trying to obtain superior image
quality with obese patients. A built-in cooling system helps maintain image
quality during prolonged procedures.
