TECHNICAL TRAINING Immersive Training Acquaints Techs With the Details E xperienced techs are in short supply where we are, so we've taken to hiring recent graduates and training them on site in order to grow our own. There's no denying that this could be a time-consuming proposition and could deliver mixed results. Especially when they're called upon to assist in cataract surgery, an area that demands both sensitive skills and speed.
