Space is at a premium at our surgery center, but we needed a
place to store our quality control and patient logs. Our solution:
We mounted a pullout cookbook holder underneath a cabinet in
our pre-op area to give staff easy access to the quality log books
(while protecting patient privacy) and a designated space between
the 2 red strips of tape on the countertop beneath the cabinet to
handle specimens as well as urine and blood lab tests.
