plastic urinal for this, but that would

Adding
attention-grabbing
tabs
to
patients'
charts
helped
a
great
deal.
We
use
bright
colors
to
draw
attention
to
the
2
forms
that
surgeons
need
to
fill
out:
the
H&P
and
the
procedure
notes.
It's
a
pretty
simple
concept,
but
we've
achieved
great
results.
