A Safety Scalpel for Every Surgeon
Both right-handed and left-handed surgeons will appreciate the bidirectional design of Safe Zone Global's new Switch reusable safety
scalpel, which accommodates blade sizes 10, 11 and 15 from every
blade manufacturer. The reusable Teflon-coated stainless steel handle
features an integrated blade remover for 1-step, hands-free blade disposal with the single push of a button. A sliding safety shield is slotted
for better surgeon feel and secures in place with an audible click. The
scalpel, which is distributed by Medline Industries, is available in #3
conventional handles, #3 long handles and #7 handles.
