ECONOMIC DISPOSABLE SCISSOR SYSTEM
CERAMIC TIP MONOPOLAR INSTRUMENTS
The standard tip insulations of conventional HF-electrodes
are made of a Teflon material. This material is very sensitive to the cleaning process. When damaged or worn out,
it becomes almost impossible to localize the contact point
(or transition point) between the conductive and non-conductive zones on the electrode. PAJUNK® addressed this
problem with the development of a new generation of
Ceramic Tip electrodes. These new designs deliver the
insulating performance needed, without the disadvantages
and problems caused by cleaning.
PAJUNK® has extended its range of laparoscopy instruments. The company's new modular instrument system
with disposable inserts creates excellent return on
investment. The instruments assemble quickly and easily via an ingenious locking mechanism. The scissorinsert "clicks" into the connecting rod and then it gets
tightly screwed together with the guidance tube.
Pajunk guarantees the scissor-inserts to always work.
Choose from three different scissors sizes: micro, medium and large.

SONOPLEX – THE GOLD STANDARD IN US GUIDED NERVE BLOCKS
Ultrasound monitoring of regional anesthesia has become the preferred
method for many nerve block applications. Today even the finest
anatomical structures including peripheral nerves can be identified in
detail and anesthetized selectively using high-resolution ultrasound
scanners. To improve and address this growing need, PAJUNK® developed the "Cornerstone" reflectors technology and launched a new
cannula generation, with a 100%-reflection-guarantee under ultrasound
monitoring. These new tools ensure the accuracy and placement of any
nerve block regardless of insertion angle.
