The ClipVac System from Surgical Site Solutions removes
body hair from patients prior to surgery in a far more efficient and effective manner than current methods. This innovative, patented system utilizes a small rechargeable
portable vacuum coupled with a disposable filter, flexible
tube and a suction port that fits most current clippers. The
ClipVac system removes the hair as its being clipped, providing a clear view of the skin. The hair is trapped in a disposable filter that is discarded after each use eliminating
the need to "tape" off the skin to remove the hair, which in
turn eliminates potential skin irritation and reactions.

Prospective Payment System (OPPS) Payment Indicator "K2" for

Ophthalmic Use. This payment indicator allows payment for entities billing under OPPS, including Ambulatory Surgical Centers
(ASCs) and hospitals This code cannot be used to reimburse compounded mitomycin.
