How far have you come?
We asked those who are currently working in the same position
they were 5 years ago how much their base salary has increased.
The question didn't apply to about 40% of our respondents, as
their positions have changed during that time period. For the rest,
steady progress has been made. Including those who have
changed positions, our results show that about 20% of all respon-
dents are making at least $10,000 more than they were 5 years
ago in the same position.
