6 of Outpatient Surgery Magazine's annual reader salary surveys.

How big was your raise?
How much of a pay raise did you get last year — if you even got
one? As you can see in "Salary Increases — & Some Decreases" on
the facing page, 26% of ASC respondents and 19% of HOPD
respondents didn't get a raise last year. Maybe they should con-
sider themselves lucky. After all, almost 4% across the board
reported that they took a pay cut in 2019 compared to 2018.
