We've found that dedicating time and energy to learning the system
has been huge for our efficiency on the day of surgery and a satisfier
on all ends. The physicians are happy because they have the informa-
tion they need about the patient, the patients are happy because they
can easily print and take their medical histories with them from doc-
tor to doctor, and we're happy because staff can spend less time fill-
ing out forms on the day of surgery and instead focus more on provid-
ing quality care.
