FYI: Allen's Quiet Floor Suction System works with standard wall
suction to keep the floor dry during fluid-intensive procedures and
reduce the risk of slips and falls in the OR. The system suctions fluid
from the top and the bottom of the device, with tubing positioned at
the side to help prevent tripping. It is easily maneuverable — surgical
personnel can drag the device to where fluid is pooling with their feet
— and will not stick to the floor. Its extremely quiet operation, as soft
as indoor conversation, decreases distraction to OR staff.
