Regional Blocks Made Easier
The Contiplex C from B. Braun Medical, with its catheter-over-the-needle
design, is designed to make continuous regional nerve blocks both easier
and safer. Instead of having to thread the catheter, you deliver a single shot.
The echogenic needle and catheter are both easy to see via ultrasound.
Once you hit your target, just withdraw the needle and you're set: The
catheter stays put. Its 25G-size is also designed to be less traumatic to
patients than larger needles.
