FYI: The easy-to-use AccuVein AV400 is handheld and lightweight, weighing
only 9.7 ounces (275 grams), and easily converts to hands-free operation
with an optional wheeled or fixed stand. The device's design allows it to be
wiped clean easily, and its permanent alignment means it never requires calibration. It can be held in any direction above the vein being viewed.
Universal and inverse modes make the AV400 useful on a variety of patient
types. With center-line accuracy to the width of a human hair, it can detect
veins up to 10mm deep.
