When Ms. White's facility considered its upgrade to HD, she
recalled, "At the end of the day, the vendors were similar. The image
quality from one monitor to another looked great. But we were familiar with the great service an existing vendor provided for some of our
other equipment, so why not stick with them?" Service is what you
look for in a purchase, and the predominant factor that administrators
ask their peers at other facilities about when researching a vendor,
she says.
