"It takes twice as much effort to meet the same profit margin every
year — but my financial benchmarks are always raised," says one
manager. According to another, "When I break down the hours I put in

graduate nurse."

Outpatient Surgery Magazine's annual salary survey asked ASC and
hospital administrators for their views on the current state of affairs
and what they see for the future.
