Post-op
10-14 mL/hr 0.2% ropivacaine
15-30 mg toradol (optional)
Intra-op
• Spinal Anesthetic
• 50 mcg/kg/min propofol
• 0.25 mg/kg/hr ketamine
• 250-500 mg/hr magnesium
• 1.0 mg/kg/hr lidocaine
