close to 7 years, has thought about the possibility of earning more in
another industry, she doesn't want to leave health care. Besides, she's
living exactly where she wants — out in the country where she can't
see her neighbors — and works at the most employee-friendly facility
she's seen as a travel nurse. Those factors are worth more to her than
a bump in pay.
"Make yourself happy," she says. "A salary isn't going to do it."
