You're paid well, but does your compensation match those significant responsibilities? According to the survey, 44% of ASC administrators and 46% of hospital leaders earn six-figure salaries. Most of the survey takers — 34% of ASC respondents and 36% of hospital respondents — report earning between $90,000 and $120,000. ASC leaders (42%) and hospital managers (43%) are gen- erally satisfied with how much they earn.
