3D-Printed, Highly Porous Spinal Implant
The Tritanium C Anterior Cervical Cage, a 3D-printed interbody
fusion cage intended for use in cervical interbody fusion procedures,
is constructed from Stryker's highly porous titanium material
designed for bone in-growth and biological fixation. Tritanium may be
able to wick or retain fluid, in contrast to traditional titanium materi-
al, says the company. The cage is indicated in patients with degener-
ative disc disease at 1 level or 2 contiguous levels from the C2 to T1
disc.
