e all want our physicians to dictate their operative reports
immediately following surgery. And of course that doesn't
always happen. When they don't report in a timely fashion,
we call and fax letters to their
office, but we decided to put a
positive spin — literally — on
the whole process. To incen-
tivize same-day reporting, we
came up with a spinning wheel
to reward doctors and their
staffs. It's a monthly contest —
we call it the Same Day Best
Way Monthly Drawing. To enter,
