Adding Total Joint Replacement
The team from Excelsior Orthopaedics in Amherst, N.Y., told a
standing-room-only crowd about how to launch and run a world-
class total joints program. It was an invaluable look at best practices
in patient selection, managing day-of-surgery workflow, optimizing
post-op recoveries and negotiating bundled payments with insurers.
