What If a Killer Walked Into Your Facility?
This was workplace violence of the worst kind. Early morning, cases
just getting started at the surgery center, and a patient's son
emerges from the men's room wielding a butcher's knife. He goes on
a berserk stabbing spree. Two people died, a PACU nurse and a
