and took care to try to answer all of the most commonly asked ques- tions (and questions that should be asked) — everything from which hospital entrance to use, to what to expect in pre-op, to how we moni- tor vital signs. The whole project took about 6 months. The feedback has been very positive. Patients can view the video on our patient portal and on the web (osmag.net/Fx4TUb). Also, many of our office practice nurses, whom we rely on to help educate patients, say they, too, have a better understanding as a result of the video.
