ized training may be necessary in order to
skillfully handle your increased responsibili-
ties, if not to up your earning potential.
"Seeking certification is essential, and encour-
ages and requires your ongoing education.
Managing and expanding your job responsibil-
ities and having an awareness of what you
bring to the table in salary negotiations is
important. In this geographical area, there are
very few individuals who have the back-
ground to manage an ASC."
