hile most facilities send "THANK-YOU" cards to patients, we
recently switched to more personalized "GET WELL SOON"
cards, and have received a fantastic response so far. We
attach the cards to the patient's chart first thing in the morning, and
everyone involved with that patient's care signs the card. The new
cards include a prayer for healing, which ties in to our faith-based
mission. Since the switch, our patients have expressed extreme grati-
tude and appreciation for the thoughtfulness and personal touch the
cards add.
