A Customizable and Automated Laser Cataract Platform
The LENSAR Laser System with Streamline is the first femtosecond laser cataract platform
that lets you automate several planning and execution steps of refractive cataract surgery.
Streamline allows for the wireless transfer of data from pre-op diagnostic devices to the
femtosecond laser in the OR, improving workflow and reducing manual data entry errors.
The surgeon can then use this data to map the eye during the procedure. Streamline also
features an integrated cataract density imaging technology that automatically categorizes
the cataract to a pre-programmed fragmentation pattern, as well as a new arcuate inci-
sion-planning table that helps define the location, depth and extent of the surgeon's inci-
sions. Streamline lets surgeons tailor these applications to their preferences and store
their customized programs for future procedures.
