Mr. Lott's staff also benefits from customized procedure packs. The
correct supplies are already in each pack, which reduces mid-proce-
dure runs for missing items or the returning of redundant supplies to
storage at the end of cases. "After a busy day of surgery, you don't
have to waste another hour restocking, which is really nice," says Mr.
Lott.
