THE DE MAYO ANKLE DISTRACTOR™
The De Mayo Ankle Distractor™ gives the surgeon a better
approach to the surgical site while distracting the joint space to
insert the surgical scope and instruments. The IMP solution is
unlike other ankle distractors; it reduces the counter pressure
placed against the thigh, helping to protect against neurologic

THE HUMBLES LAPWRAP®
The Humbles LapWrap® provides more stability for the patient and
more versatility for the surgical team in securing patients' arms
during surgery. The IMP solution was designed to meet AORN rec-
ommendations for positioning the patient in the perioperative set-
ting to prevent tissue injury and ischemia that may be caused by
tucking patients' arms at their sides. The positioner's hook-and-
loop material can be wrapped around the operating table's side
rail and then back onto itself, securing the patient directly to the
table. Its universal design accommodates every size of patient and
offers greater flexibility for manipulating and visually monitoring
IV tubes and leads.

THE TRI-PULL™ SECURE SHOULDER SOLUTION
The Tri-Pull™ Secure Shoulder Solution employs three proven sys-
tems to confidently secure, distract and ensure precise rotation
control of the shoulder during surgical procedures without com-

Shoulder Positioner™. The easy-to-apply, non-irritating Phase4
Gel™ Splint is designed with a natural wrist contour for increased
comfort while improving patient safety. The splint's three position-
ing holes work with any pole-style shoulder positioner that utilizes
hooks. These holes align perfectly with the De Mayo RoTractor®
adapter, allowing it to rotate and securely position the arm.
