POWERPICK
The PowerPick and PowerPick XL are unique
devices designed to make quick work of microfrac-
ture procedures used to treat cartilage lesions in a
joint. The drilling action of the PowerPick's needle
removes bone instead of compacting bone as is the
case with traditional microfracture picks. The
PowerPick is available in 30° and 45° distal bend
configurations, featuring a 1.5 mm-diameter drill
with a 4 mm depth of penetration into the subchon-
dral bone. The PowerPick XL provides an additional
2 mm of depth of penetration into the subchondral
bone. Available in a 45° distal bend configuration.
The PowerPick can also be used to clearly and pre-
cisely mark tunnel placement in ACL and PCL proce-
dures as well as create vascular channels in the
bone in preparation for any tendon-to-bone recon-
structive procedure.
