• How Transparency Can Revolutionize Health Care. Famed surgeon Marty Makary, MD, is a best-selling author, frequent TV commentator and one of the best speakers out there. He'll discuss how true accountability in health care would usher in tremendous positive changes.
We're sure we'll encounter other scary, hairy moments at OR Excellence in the Big Easy, like muted microphones (Can you hear me?), speakers who outdistance the clock (Questions, anyone?) and stubborn PowerPoint slides that don't advance on cue (Let's go back just a few).
