4 Lumenis's
Selecta Trio
If you want to upgrade your laser room, this is the year to do it. More combination lasers are on offer, along with a cool technology focused on treating diabetic eyes — which I'm surely not alone in seeing more of.
Lumenis's Selecta Trio is a multimodality laser that puts retinal, cataract and advanced glaucoma therapies in 1 package. The Trio's integrated design, enhanced optics system and advanced laser cavity give you flexibility, and enhance precision and safety. I can see the advantages of having SLT, YAG and photocoagulation in 1 footprint, particularly where space is at a premium.

5 GLAUCOMA HELP Iridex's G-Probe, seen on far right, performs transscleral cyclophotocoagulation to lower IOP with selective ablation.
6 SLIDE AND GLIDE To minimize endothelial cell loss and infection risk, Angiotech developed Endoglide, a delivery system preloaded with cornea tissue by eye banks.
