SPRING FOR LUNCH
Yes, It Pays to Feed Your Team
We like to keep our surgeons happy by bringing a potluck luncheon at least
twice a month. This has gone over very well.

On heavy OR days, we set out food and provide lunch. That way, no one "disappears" for an extended time and we keep the schedule moving. Everyone gets off their feet and gets to eat. And they don't have to leave to get it. It's also a way of showing appreciation for all their hard work.
