When high-definition imaging arrived in surgical suites over the past decade, the improved clarity and detail it brought to intraoperative visualization was revolutionary. Now it's practically a standard fixture in ORs. Manufact-urers are continuing to improve high-resolution image capture and display, but many physicians are seeing more clinical potential in depth perception.
