4. Follow through on results and seek training for problem areas. A compliance program is only as good as its administration. Following up on
results is essential to ensure your program is a success. If results identify areas of concern or error, it's critical to quickly address the issues
by seeking eduction for your staff through articles, webinar training
or other training materials. Performing smaller scale follow-up coding
reviews on problem areas will validate that the problems have been
corrected and that you have done your part as a leader to ensure the
integrity of the revenue your facility generates.
