The Ultimate in Convenience and Utility for
Ortho Surgeons
If you've been waiting for an adjustable, variable, all-in-one
guide pin and reamer that allows minimally invasive socket
creation from the inside out, it's here: the FlipCutter III Drill from
Arthrex. The FlipCutter III's proprietary technology allows
unconstrained freedom of socket positioning and is ideal for
difficult-to-reach applications like tibial socket creation for PCL
reconstruction, anatomic femoral creation for ACL
reconstruction, and socket creation for meniscal allograft
transplantation or meniscal root repair. FlipCutter III can ream
sizes 6 mm and 7 mm to 12 mm in half-size increments through
only a 3.5-mm hole. Drilling and reaming performance is
optimized with a unique design that uses two different cutting
edges: a distal edge for drilling and a proximal edge for reaming.

This Cool Device Speeds Meniscal Repairs
Inside meniscal repairs are amazingly effective and efficient
with the FiberStitch All-Inside Meniscus Repair implant delivery
system from Arthrex. First use the device's handy laser
markings to measure meniscal thickness. Then insert the first
soft suture sheath anchor, back out, and insert the second
anchor alongside the first. Pull the resulting suture loop to
tighten the anchors. Use the knot pusher to advance the knot
down to the meniscus, snip the suture end and you're done. It's
that simple!
