spiral. "The burritos are a
handy and compact way to
organize the basic supplies needed for every case," says Ms. Schultz.
"Your staff can grab a burrito between cases, unroll it on the surgical
table and hit the ground running during room setups, letting them quickly
prepare the OR for the next procedure."
