De Mayo Ankle Distractor System Tri-Pull Secure Shoulder Solution
Unlike similarly available products that hang off the edge of the table, the De Mayo Ankle Distractor System sits flush with the table's edge, freeing up space for surgeons to access different parts of the ankle. Integrated straps hold the foot and ankle rigidly in place, and push the thigh to create the traction force.
It's a lightweight, simple design that easily flips between right and left configurations. The De Mayo Universal Distractor, adapted from the company's knee positioner, eliminates the need for a member of the surgical team to hold the leg in place, freeing them up to perform other tasks during the case. You're able to change the amount of traction quickly and easily — increasing it to reach posterior portions of the ankle, for example.
The Tri-Pull Secure Shoulder Solution features a gel splint that adheres securely and comfortably to the patient's skin, holding the arm securely in place. The system includes the Reznik Universal Shoulder Positioner, which provides shoulder distraction with 3 planes of adjustment, and the De Mayo RoTractor, which lets surgeons rotate the shoulder and hold it in desired positions while applying constant
