questions ("Where are your fire blankets?"
"Outside the OR door, on the right.") or quickly
produce complete documentation (for example, logs of time, humidity and temperature of the sterile field for every procedure) that won the day.
"I couldn't have done it without our consultant," she says. "Regulatory requirements are a pretty heavy thing — surveyors can shut you down. For us, the security of outsourcing
