FYI: Unlike most disposable laryngoscopes that come with LED light
sources, this one features a fiber-optic light. Handles and blades can
be mixed and matched in a range of 13 color-coded sizes and are
constructed of fully recyclable metal materials, says Teleflex, which
stresses that the low-profile nature of its blades — specifically, a
reduced posterior flange height — can help prevent dental trauma.
The blades feature matte finishes to reduce glare and the light can
be tested in the package without opening it.
