FYI: This all-in-one blade/handle combo, individually packed and
sterile, comes ready for immediate use with an ultra-thin housing at
the distal tip of the blade. The product is made of a reinforced nylon
compound that obp Medical claims provides enhanced strength and
rigidity. It's validated to support more than 40 pounds of blade force,
which the company says is four times higher than intubation requires.
The alkaline button battery-operated LED light source can produce
peak light for at least 30 minutes. Available in sizes Miller 00 to 3 and
Macintosh 2 to 4.
