Your reprocessing techs and housekeeping staff require even
more protection than gloves that cover just the hand and wrist. In
many cases, the arms must be protected, too. That's where
sleeve gloves come in. While sleeve gloves could be used during
surgeries, they're often more appropriate for sterile processing
or OR turnover staff who not only deal with a lot of fluids, but also
the possibility of splashing and sharp objects. A couple examples
of what's out there:

Price: $350 for a box of 50
FYI: The sleeves on these
gloves combine a 15 mil
nitrile-lined EVS (environmen-
tal services) glove with a 4 mil
protective sleeve. The gloves are
28 inches long, with an elastic cuff
that works to prevent slippage of
the sleeve from the upper arm.
These one-day-use PPE gloves are
sold in pairs and are available in 4 differ-
ent sizes: small, medium, large and extra-
large.
