This endoscopic camera holder lets sur-
geons work with both hands while con-
trolling the camera with a joystick posi-
tioned on the instrument. It also frees
assistants from holding a camera. The
joystick can fit most handpieces by using
a clamp mount, says the company. The
carbon-structured arm can be moved and
pulled into the required position with a
button push. When the button is released,
the arm is locked immediately for stable,
shake-free images, while an unlocking
button located on the distal end of the
arm is easily accessible. The holder is
docked to the operating table with a
quick-coupling device, and its mobile trolley also serves as stor-
