O
ur hand hygiene com-
pliance had gone to the
dogs when the idea
struck me to unleash my sweet
English Bulldog, Lilly, on the
problem. I took down our stan-
dard PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS
signs from around our facility
and replaced them with pictures
of Lilly with clever captions in
an effort to capture our staff's
attention and get them to focus
on handwashing.
