5. Make Sure Scrubs Don't
Walk
I'll never forget one of my most
challenging days in surgery. I had
everything ready for a big case that
one of our top surgeons was
scheduled to perform. Every piece
of equipment and every supply was in the OR, waiting for him to
arrive. There was only one problem: The scrub pants he needed were
